Luxury Sales Assistant
We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our Team at Galeries Lafayette in Paris.
The candidate will manage client relations and identify customer needs, always providing an excellent experience.
You will provide customer service in line with Luxury customer service standards and develop and maintain effective one-on-one relationships customers.
The ideal candidate has a strong culture of results, an excellent understanding of customer needs, a great sense of service, and the right approach for contact with an international clientele. Dynamism, initiative, autonomy, excellent presentation and interest in the luxury industry are necessary assets to be successful in this position.
The main duties will include:
- Reception and customer advice
- Realization and follow-up of sales
- Respect and implementation of merchandising
- Inventory management
- Optimization of the customer card to carry out loyalty operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience within the Luxury retail environment (at least 5 years)
- Fluent in French and English
- Knowledge of the Chinese language is a plus
- Experience in a customer service role with face-to-face customer contact
- Ability to adapt to frequent change and a high-pressure environment
- Motivated by being a great teammate with a common goal
- Strong Clienteling skills and experience
- Strong communication skills and a pro-active attitude
